Reviews and Ratings
I had a rather disappointing experience at the resort. While the location was quite nice with the beach nearby, the overall condition of the resort felt neglected. The rooms were decent but not impressive, and the service left much to be desired; it felt like every request was an inconvenience. The breakfast was a mixed bag too, offering both some Thai options but lacking quality in basic items like pancakes.
The resort has potential but currently falls short with outdated facilities and disorganized service. The beach is lovely and the location is convenient for exploring nearby restaurants. However, the overall experience was marred by the condition of the rooms and the lack of attention to maintenance.
My stay at this resort spa was quite disappointing. The hotel management seemed overwhelmed, leading to a series of issues during my visit. The beach was beautiful, which was a saving grace, but the poor service and subpar amenities left much to be desired. It's a shame because with better management, this place could truly shine.
Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location on Long Beach was appealing, the overall condition of the property was far from what we expected. The rooms were spacious but needed significant updates, and the pool area was well below standards. Although we enjoyed the cleaning staff's efforts, the facilities and dining experience left much to be desired.
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, which felt more like a chaotic kids' club rather than a relaxing resort. The rooms were sweltering hot with air conditioning that barely worked, while power cuts disrupted our comfort day and night. Despite its proximity to the beach, the dining options were underwhelming with long wait times for breakfast. Overall, the service was lacking, and I felt like my complaints fell on deaf ears. It's certainly not worth the money we spent.
